Chamisa 's Court Order Dodge

Nelson Chamisa self-declared leader of the opposition MDC party has been stripped of his leadership role by the courts. The courts have been very specific on the illegitimacy of his leadership. I wrote about this illegitimacy last year on my blog and l received a lot of criticism from hordes of uninformed supporters.

Nelson Chamisa illegitimacy as President of MDC was unquestionable but it is the sanity of hordes of his supporters that is questionable. The court judgment brings out the truth of his illegitimacy. Justice Edith Mushore’s ruling nullifying Nelson Chamisa’s leadership of the party came as a surprise to the Nero brigades but to the majority of Zimbabweans, it was clear that Nelson Chamisa's had illegal wriggled his way to the MDC leadership.

The judgment also nullified the way the self-declared leader and his then co-vice president Elias Mudzuri were catapulted by the late founding leader Morgan Tsvangirai to be his deputies in 2016. It also compelled the party to hold an extra-ordinary congress within a month.

The last part of the judgement has irked Nelson Chamisa and scuttled his plan to regularise his stolen leadership status at a sham congress which he had set up. Jacob Mafume had the audacity to demean the court's outcome at a press conference. He actually said the courts were captured and he insisted that Chamisa would go ahead with his sham congress.

The questions that we ask again as Zimbabweans are many but very important. Can a leader who disregards his own party's constitution be able to lead a country? Will he be able to respect the country's constitution!? Can a prospective leader of Zimbabwe ignore the courts of the land? Can he expect the gatekeepers of the State, that is, the Executive and Judiciary to allow him to set his foot in State House?

Will our army salute a renegade and a crook? Zimbabweans l rest my case.

February's Tale of Two Fools

I am glad this is February. It is a fools month according to tradition. It is the second month on both the Gregorian and traditional Zimbabwean  Calender. The Zimbabwean calendar has thirteen months, while as the western one is foolishly made up twelve months. That is, as crazy as the people who brought it here to Africa, are. They can not count and they do not reason too, especially when they talk about sanctions on Zimbabwe.

A TALE OF TWO BIRTHDAYS
I would like to pass my birthday wishes to two Zimbabweans. One is a great statesman born on the and  21st of February and the other one who wants to undo what the great statesman. Do not stretch your guess, I am talking of Robert Gabriel Mugabe the great statesman, and Nelson Chamisa the Jecha Boy and Sanctions Band.

Here are two Zimbabweans born in the month of Fools. It is here I compare the foolishness in the two. I see one great statesman who built a country and created a legacy in Robert Gabriel Mugabe. When I look at Nelson Chamisa I see a fool, who has stupid followers, doing the best to undo what the fathers of this nation have done.

THE FOOL IN THE CROWD
We have here a fool who runs into crowds and declare to the world that he is popular...Mr Chamisa Mbare Musika is a crowded place even before you get there!!! Your presence is just adding to the number!

We have a Fool here who takes a selfie in the USA Senate Chambers in Washington D.C on the eve of the renewal on sanctions on Zimbabwe and come back here and say that he was given $15 billion. Come on not all the 16 million Zimbabweans are stupid, it is only the 2 million who voted for you who can believe that rubbish!!

A FOOL'S OBSESSION

We as Zimbabweans are not surprised at all. If you start doing a bad thing at a funeral, that thing becomes an obsession and you will repeat it at every funeral. ( Tinoti akaremwa) in Manicaland.

Have you noticed since the demise of Morgan Tsvangirai in February 2018  how Mr Nelson Chamisa want to seek attention at every funeral ever since? I was surprised that this obsession has gone to the level of gatecrashing even funerals.

THE FOOL IN BOB
I am sorry I have to spoil the fun and come back to Robert Gabriel Mugabe. Bob's foolishness got us our land back. Bob's foolishness got our pride as Africans back.

I will dare say, Bob's foolishness brought us the sanctions. The EU and the USA have slapped sanctions on 16 million Zimbabweans because Robert Gabriel Mugabe reclaimed land for the indigenous people. It is these sanctions that Nelson Chamisa wants to be extended. It is what he calls
"jecha".

Happy Birthday to Nelson Chamisa  the Jecha Boy
Happy Birthday to Robert Gabriel Mugabe the guy who brought us the sanctions!!!

Chamisa's Dramatic Acts, Lies and Sanctions

CHILDISH RUSH  TO ELECTIONS 2023

We could have the bullet train cruising at 350km per hour between Harare and Bulawayo if Nelson Chamisa had won the elections. You have to imagine that and believe that if you are diehard MDC alliance supporters. The rest of us Zimbabweans laugh at these childish hallucinations.

Now the elections have come and gone. Nelson Chamisa lost the elections in the ballot box and in the constitutional court, he is now seeking relevancy and publicity. We will be seeing having press briefing after press briefings. He will maximise every photo opportunity.

This move is to prepare for the 2023 elections campaign. We can see that this guy Nelson Chamisa got a massive amount of criticism over his utterances at rallies. Could the Zimbabwean
voter trust, and respect a liar? The people of Zimbabwe rejected him at the polls. The elections are over and the people of Zimbabwe are watching his every move.

 EXPECT MORE ATTENTION SEEKING ACTS

Nelson Chamisa will be attending every funeral, birthday and even spend the day in fuel queues just for the publicity and a chance to lie to the gullible amongst our people. Chamisa has created a character around his image. He thinks he is young at forty and he believes to has a social media community of raving fans who are not voters. The social media fans "likes" and buy all the childish stuff and lies.

In some circles, they call him the child president, they believe he should be the President of the Children's parliament. We as Zimbabweans should expect staged abductions or even disappearing acts from Chamisa. He is an actor but not a very good one as seen on the Marondera "selfie" abduction act. I pray and hope he will not throw himself under a moving train just to draw some attention!!!

We have seen him in Budiriro trying to mingle with the people and pretending to sympathise with the Cholera outbreak victims. He has not explained to the same people of how ZIDERA sanctions are at the root of the outbreak. He has not told the same people that he and Tendai Biti were in Washington in February 2018 making sure the USA government will not remove the sanctions. Chamisa has categorically stated that the people must suffer at his own rallies unless he wins.

KUDIRA JECHA SYNDROME AND SANCTIONS

The kudira jecha syndrome is his mantra and war cry against the people of Zimbabwe. The sanctions have a big impact on our health system. The sanctions have affected every facet of our economy and society. It is a fact that the sanctions affect thousands and thousands of people. Every Zimbabwean know that the lifting of the sanctions would help us to live happier, more fulfilling, more prosperous lives. It is this outcome of a prosperous Zimbabwe that Nelson Chamisa and MDC alliance supporters do not like.

My challenge to Chamisa is that he takes 20 minutes and explain to the people of Zimbabwe, what he was doing in Washington in February 2018. We want to know what Nelson Chamisa, Tendai Biti, Dewah Mavhunga and that diehard Rhodesian Godwin were doing in the USA Senate. I hope and pray that the four were invited for tea or coffee.

Let us wait for the next presser from the Child President of Zimbabwe.

August's Heroes, Villians and Clowns

Heroes
August is the month we celebrate the lives of the heroes and heroines of all phases of Chimurenga. It is s month to remember the people who have made Zimbabwe a better place for our people. Our collective memories of the struggle of our people from the first Chimurenga to our present struggle against detractors is reinforced and reinvented every second week of August.

It is important to note that this past month has been an eye-opener and lessons have been learnt. People have learnt that the freedom and peace we enjoy came at a high price. The liberation war was not a walk in the park, lives were lost, families destroyed and a country was found.  This country,  our country, our Zimbabwe is a product of a bloody revolution.

Defending the Revolution
On July 30, the people of Zimbabwe went to the polls to defend the revolution. The people of Zimbabwe knew what they wanted, and they voted. The people's vote was a true reflection of the wishes of all Zimbabweans. The people defended the revolution by voting for Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa.

Defending the Vote
Nelson Chamisa was not happy with the outcome of the elections. Nelson Chamisa the self-declared leader of the opposition alliance had indicated that he would dispute the elections if he loses. He did just as he had said during his campaign rallies.
This was a reckless and provocative move to instigate demonstrations in the urban areas where he had garnered a majority of the vote. He declared himself the President of Zimbabwe and called for the urban voters to defend their vote.
It was  Nelson Chamisa belief that the very act of sending the MDC militia, the Vanguards, into the streets of Harare,  would result in the reversal of the elections results.
The convert operation of trying to overturn the will and wishes of the people of Zimbabwe started as a drunken orgy at Harvest House and ended tragically in the streets of Harare. The blood of innocent people was split in the process of trying to defend lost votes.

ConCourt Circus
Nelson Chamisa's, Vanguard instigated demonstrations were successful controlled and contained by the security forces. Nelson Chamisa learnt that the illegal route of going to the State House by force was futile.

Nelson Chamisa then resorted to the option which he should have done immediately after the elections, the legal option. He should have had the ballot boxes opened and a recount done within forty - eight hours of the announcement of the elections results. This option could have exposed him as he knew he had lost the elections.

Nelson Chamisa's petition at the ConCourt was a circus. It was well that it was broadcasted live for the whole nation to expose him as a  fool and a clown. The ConCourt was justified to dismiss his petition with costs.

Sanctions: MDC Alliance's Secret Weapon

 WIN OR SANCTIONS THREAT
I am not surprised at all that Nelson Chamisa, Tendai Biti, Dewa Mavhinga and Peter Godwin were in the USA in February and appeared before the USA Senate and called for the extension of ZIDERA sanctions on Zimbabwe. We should note that the visit and appearance were not in the public interest of the ordinary Zimbabwean. The four were there to push for the long-term project of reversing the land reform and returning the land to the Rhodesian settlers.

The objective of the visit was to smuggle the MDC into government at all cost. The MDC leadership did not hide this at all. Nelson Chamisa rhetoric on the outcome of the elections are well known and he repeated this at each and every rally in his campaign. He had to win the election or he would not accept the results. He said if he lost the elections every Zimbabwean would suffer.

THE SECRET WEAPON
He knew very well he could never win the elections but he said that he had a "secret weapon". The secret weapon as far as every Zimbabwean now knows are the ZIDERA sanctions. Mr Chamisa is the sanctions in working in the public interest or for your power hungry ego? Is inflicting pain on your fellow countrymen going to propel you to the Presidency of Zimbabwe? Do you mean that the 16 million Zimbabweans stole the elections from you?

SANCTIONS AND THE ORDINARY PEOPLE
The question we should all ask and answer ourselves is: Do Nelson Chamisa and Tendai Biti really care about us ordinary Zimbabweans? If our answer is no, no sane person should be found putting their life on the firing line for these heartless politicians! What is even more saddening is to find many Zimbabweans who have been made poor by the first round of ZIDERA sanctions are celebrating the imposition of such evil measures on Zimbabwe.

It is a fact that sanctions are there to punish us as a nation. It is the ordinary Zimbabweans who are suffering when it comes to the cash shortages. It is not the so-called targeted politicians that are suffering. When Nostro accounts are closed it is that business or entity that the poor Zimbabweans works for that closes. It is the ordinary Zimbabwean that ends up in the street jobless. The sanctions are targeted against all Zimbabweans, not individuals as the likes of Nelson Chamisa and Tendai Biti has led some of us to believe.

ZANU PF, THE GOVERNMENT AND PEOPLE ARE NOT THE SAME

The people of Zimbabwe vote for one arm of Government which is the legislature. The legislature only last for five years. The legislature is made up of politicians. There are two other permanent arms of government the executive and the judiciary. The executive is made up of civil servants i.e teachers, nurses, soldiers etc. Please note that these are professionals and technocrats that are permanently employed in the executive and judiciary.

My point is that sanctions affect the voters (never mind your party or who you voted for). The Bitis and the Chamisas are not calling only for the sanctions against 16 million Zimbabweans, but are blackmailing and threatening them as well. The sanctions are not against the Government of Zimbabwe but are against the people of Zimbabwe, that includes you.

SANCTIONS ARE ACTS OF VOTER TERRORISM
Why should ordinary people suffer? Why should we suffer because Nelson Chamisa and Tendai Biti have lost an election? Why are we made to suffer for exercising our democratic right to chose our leaders? The very act of calling for sanctions against the people of Zimbabwe is a betrayal of the people of Zimbabwe. Can we trust anyone in the MDC alliance to lead this country? No. The people have said that by voting for the leaders they trust.

The very act of the USA imposing sanctions on Zimbabwe is an act of terrorism. The sanctions are a direct attack against Zimbabwe. The sanctions are a tool for regime change and are equal to an act of colonialism by the USA government. The USA wants to dictate who should govern Zimbabwe. The people of Zimbabwe have spoken, they have chosen their leadership.

MDC Alliance Dilemna is To Vote Or Not To Vote

A timeline of confusion
The Doubting Thomas Or Nelson
We have been told that they are going to be no elections by the MDC alliance that there are no elections unless ZEC reform itself. The same MDC Alliance has been telling people(note that I do not call rally attendants supporters) at rallies that the must go and vote for Nelson Chamisa on the 30th of July.

If you are a potential voter for the MDC Alliance I know you are just as confused by the mixed up messages from the patched-up Alliance.

ZEC Bashing
The Zimbabwe Election Commission has openly be labelled as an extension of ZANU Pf political commissariat by Nelson Chamisa at all his political rallies. The rally attendants are being conditioned to the extent that they are no longer able to distinguish the line between ZEC and ZANU Pf.

The danger is to ruffle the feathers of the referee, which is ZEC, before the match. The sole aim is to provoke members of the commission. The labelling of the commission is aimed as to tarnish its image and to ultimately blame it, for the inevitable loss of the elections.

The Battle has been lost before 30th July
Passion OR Apathy
The ordinary man in the street is not sure if the MDC alliance is aware of the Zimbabwe electoral processes. The MDC alliance is not happy with the voters'roll. It is not even aware of the postal voters as witnessed in the Ross Camp debacle. The MDC Alliance is confused even with the number of polling stations. It also does not know exactly the number of its candidates participating in the elections.

The confusion in the MDC ranks drives the passion and hope in the ZANU Pf support base and will be the source of apathy for some potential voters.

Protesting Or Participating
It is my belief that the MDC Alliance is protesting on everything on this elections. The voters are told that MDC is not happy with the

elections process but still want the same voters to participate. The voters and MDC supporters are not where the Alliance.

Is the Alliance participating or protesting?

The Independent Candidates Syndrome

There is a wind sweeping our politically landscape. It is the rise of independent candidates who feel they can compete with established parties candidates . We will not only have a record number of political parties but we will have record number of independent candidates too.

CONSENSUS OR IMPOSITION

The MDC alliance unclear method of electing candidates by consensus has not helped the situation. We have seen the likes of Majome of Harare West constituency elect to stand as an independent. It was not by choice but the policy of consensus on primaries has not gone down well with members of the MDC alliance. The consensus method, which has been a covert way of imposing candidates on the people, has resulted in disruption of the MDC alliance primaries.

INDEPENDENTS IN THE MDC ALLIANCE

The MDC alliance supporters has violently rejected the imposition of candidates by Nelson Chamisa. The likes of relatives of the late Morgan Tsvangirai imposed in certain constituencies by Chamisa has been rejected by the people. It is this move which will generate more independent candidates from the MDC alliance.

NO PARTY IS SAFE

The independent candidates syndrome is not only restricted to the opposition , it will affect the ruling ZANUPF party too. ZANUPF recently held primaries had some disgruntled losing members threatening to stand as independents. It takes a brave person to stand as an independent. It is this bravado that is baffling. The independent candidates are not afraid to take on the established parties despite limited resources and lack of grassroots support .

I wish the independent candidates good luck.
